The Stok Palace Museum is located in Stok Ladhak, which is 15 kilometers south of Leh. It was founded by Lama Lhawang in the 14th century and contains 108 volumes of the Kangyur. It also hosts an annual dance mask festival. Nearby is also the 71-foot-tall Gautama Buddha statue, built between 2012 and 2015, which is very beautiful. There are many valuable things in this museum. A place where you can see the rich Ladakhi culture, even though it is a small museum, the collections you see here are so fascinating. Many people have come here to see the museum. The best thing about this museum is the ceremonial jewelry of the queen and the headgear of the rulers. The history of Ladakhis is told here and old material is preserved. So it is worth visiting this place once in a lifetime.
