Situated at an altitude of 4600 m, Rupin Pass is a place of shocking splendor that offers bold excitement to the trekkers. The trek lies in the lap of a strange Himalayan mountain range and has a few surprises in the shop for you. Some plummeting waterfalls, tricky snow linkages, the provincial towns, gloriously lush green glades with yellow marigolds, and the icy blue rivers meandering through the cool valley are a feast for the eyes.
The sudden change of view at every nook and corner adds to the excellence of this test track. The wooden scaffolding hanging over the gloomy mountains, the frosty slopes, the resounding gorges and the humble white rhododendrons that cover the entire stretch of the trail also make for a mesmerizing sight.
